Guarantee

Buying digital hearing instruments from Just Ears UK Limited is totally risk free.

Our guarantee covers the product for 2 years from the date of purchase against any defects in manufacture. Should any defects arise, we will as reasonably determine, adjust, repair or replace the hearing instruments to the original owner.

What is not covered by the guarantee:

Defects arising from wilful damage, neglect, misuse, accidental damage (including through repairs or alternations made by anyone other than Just Ears UK Limited) or failure to follow the instructions provided with the hearing aid.
Loss of the hearing aid the replacement of batteries.
A claim made without the completed guarantee card or other proof that the product was purchased from Just Ears UK Limited.

Ear Protection Moulds

Our ear moulds are made to a high standard however we are aware that there are occasional instances where we may have to remake. Such remakes must be done within 30 days of receiving the product.
