Hi!

hey guys my name is brittany and i have hearing loss and thought this might be a good place to talk and try and understand whats happening. to be honest...it kinda scares me. im going to an audiologist on may 9th at 9 in the morning. i have never been to one but they say block out 2 hours for them to do their tests and talk with me. im really nervous. but anyway i thought i would introduce myself  :)

Hi Brittany. I was just curious how your appointment went. It's been a while, and I don't see any other comments that might update us on what has been going on. Going to a new audiologist (or any doctor for that matter) can be pretty scary. I'm sure it was worth it though, I've been around enough people dealing with hearing problems to understand how hard it can be. Seeing a doctor is, by far, the better alternative. I hope your appointment went well, and that you're doing better now.
