I thinking of purchasing the totalhearing.co.uk hearing treatment product because my blockage is getting worse, can anyone tell me quickly if this is any good?

I ended up getting some ear hygiene drops from newbielink:http://www.totalhearing.co.uk [nonactive] and have realised that maintain is crucial because I was told if it gets to bad, this can lead to tinnitus or other uncomfortable symptoms.
