Could I wear a RIC instead of a CIC?
« on: January 11, 2010, 10:12:12 am »
Hi everybody.

I am new to this forum, and think I could do with getting a new aid.

Was wondering whether I'm a candidate for a Receiver-in-canal RIC hearing aid with my hearing loss or would I have to stick to wearing I go to a CIC?

Hello and welcome to the forum. RIC hearing aids are very popular right now, but we couldnt say whether they are right for you or not. We suggest that you visit your local Audiologist who can provide you with a full examination.

Cheers.
