digital hearing aid problem

my digital eterna aid has started to make an alarm sound be ba be ba be ba which if i dont switch the aid off it will contiue it usually starts not long after i put it in in the morning i have to take the battery out and it will stop for 10 to 20 minutes and it will start again i have setn it back to R U H Bath 3 times and they keep returning it to me advise as to what the problem is

In using the digital hearing aid, you should always check the battery to work continuously and properly. This is what I always do every morning. It also needs to be cleaned and used properly.
