If you need assistance with your hearing at any time, our commitment to you does not stop after you have bought your hearing instrument/s.

We will provide you with a follow up appointment free of charge within 6 weeks after you are fitted with your hearing system, and further visits will be made as and when required. This enables us to ensure that your hearing aids are giving you optimum benefit.

However, regular servicing is important to make sure you continue to get the most from your hearing instrument/s. If you feel you are no longer getting the most from your hearing system, it may be helpful to have an up-to-date hearing test. Using the latest technology, we can measure the performance of your hearing device and make any necessary adjustments to give you optimum benefit during the life of the hearing instrument/s.
